Recently, Dream shared a behind the scene of script reading event. The lead actors, as well as the other cast members, are also present in the video. Both the actors are seen deeply emerged into their roles as they rehearse a scene from the film. Dream is an upcoming South Korean sports-comedy film. Lee Byung Hun (Be Meloramatic, Twenty) has directed and written the film. Meanwhile, Oktober Cinema Co. Ltd. is the production company behind the project. The filming began in May 2020, and it concluded in October 2020, in South Korea. Other additional scenes were scheduled to be filmed in Hungary or Colombia, depending on the situation.
Dream Release Date, Plot, and Cast
The upcoming South Korean movie, Dream, does not have a release date right now. But, the film is seeking a release date in 2021. So, we can expect Dream to release in the second half of 2021. We will make sure to drop the release date as soon as it arrives. The film will revolve around the life of a Yoon Hong Dae (Park Seo-Joon). After getting involved in an unexpected case and receiving disciplinary probation, he is hired as the coach for a special national soccer team. The team is filled with homeless people who have never even held a ball before. However, now Yoon Hong Dae has to train them to win the Homeless World Cup, an annual international soccer event.
Park Seo Joon and IU (Lee Ji Eun) will be playing the leads. Lee Hyun Woo, Kim Jong Soo, Ko Chang Seok, Jung Seong Kil, Hong Ahn Pyo, Yang Hyun Min, Heo Joon Seok, Lee Ha Nee, and Baek Ji Won are also in the film. Moreover, actor Kang Ha Neul will be making a guest appearance. IU and Kang Ha Neul have previously worked together in the hit drama, Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo. You can watch it here. The video opens up with Park Seo Joon rehearsing his lines as Yoon Hong Dae. It is a scene where he is filming for Lee So Min’s documentary. Yoon Hong Dae feels awkward acting in front of the camera as he feels conscious while filming. Meanwhile, Lee So Min is cheery and optimistic, no matter what the situation is. In the video, most of Park Seo Joon’s lines were about him complaining about the lines (script). Hence, the video clarified and asked not to get confused.
Jung Seung Gil and Park Seo Joon lit up the room with the cracky duo in the film as they revise their lines. Moreover, IU and he also get into funny scenes as they read their lines. Both Park Seo Joon and IU are widely popular among Kpop and Kdrama fans.
